Eleni Interiors is a full-service interior design studio based in the greater Chicago, IL area specializing in multi-family developments, model home merchandising, and commercial interior spaces. Our passionate team has delivered industry expertise for over 30 years, creating modern, timeless designs with our clients and future residents in mind. About this Role:

Our leadership team is looking for an energetic individual with spark, passion, drive, and a keen skillset for managing people and opportunities. This role will be interactive with the Studio Director and studio designers.

Generation of new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and keeping a pulse on client satisfaction. This role encompasses cultivating leads (digital and in person), presenting the firm, being an advocate for new projects, writing proposals, as well as closing opportunities.

A part of the role responsibilities will include maintaining and organizing leads on a project management platform, report on pipeline and analyze of business won, lost, and in progress.

Must be within driving distance of the firm’s location and/or willing to relocate to immerse yourself in the brand and client base. Travel will be necessary with journeys to the Atlanta headquarters, conferences, client meetings, and pitch sessions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years in developing new and growing existing customer relationships
  • Previous experience selling in the Interior Design, Architecture, and/or FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) industries highly valued
  • Exceptional communicator and teammate
  • Knowledge of Multifamily markets a giant plus
  • Knowledge of Homebuilder, Developer Models a giant plus/preferred
  • Ultimate brand advocate
  • Self-motivated, a natural hustler by nature, with ideas for expanding into new markets / creating new revenue streams
  • Proven history executing revenue results against goals
  • Ability to generate leads within new and existing customer environment to close business
  • Strong capabilities in being a self-starter while closely collaborating with the studio and leadership teams
  • Sharp attention to detail in composing client-facing deliverables, including proposals and marketing materials
  • Proficiency in setting design fees
  • Comfortable reviewing and negotiating contracts

The Interview Process

  • An introductory 30-minute Video Call to see if we are a right fit.
  • An in-person interview with the Studio Director and Design team.
  • A final in-person interview with the Portfolio Leadership team.
