JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER / INTERIOR DESIGNER / INTERIOR ARCHITECT

You’ll love and be successful in this role because you will:

• Touch ALL our major verticals: multifamily, senior living, and hospitality
• Collaborate with design leads and team members to refine design direction, assist with quality control and problem-solving, and implement best practices throughout all design phases of projects.
• Be tasked with aiding in the creation of unique, individual designs (duplicates not allowed!)
• Assist with design deliverables for all project phases, including but not limited to – the development of finish palettes, space planning, specifying FF&E, client presentations, and construction documents.
• Have our firm invest in you and your career
• Be encouraged and supported to attend and participate in company events, tradeshows, industry memberships, and conferences
• Have the opportunity and trajectory to become your own brand under our BD Studio Collection Portfolio

Qualifications you’ll need to crush this role:

• 4-year degree in interior design preferred
• 0-2+ years’ experience in the interior design field
• Proficiency in CAD & REVIT (Revit is preferred!)
• Exceptional graphic presentation skills
• Collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for your craft!

About this Role

We do things differently here! Banko is a curated group of designers who are INVESTED in the brand, the work, the clients, and each other.

This position reports with our lead interior designers, the Studio Director, Principal, and founder of Banko Design. As a junior designer, you will collaborate with our team to design projects and assist with design deliverables for all project phases. This role is highly interactive with the team and you will receive mentorship from our leadership.
